Step-By-Step Pressing Instructions

Prepare Garment for Pressing:

Lay the garment on an ironing board and ensure the area where the patch will be applied is wrinkle-free by ironing it first.

Position the Patch:

Place the patch on the desired location of the garment. Since the patch will be pressed facing down, secure it with Thermal Tape (heat-resistant tape).

Flip Garment, Press for 20-25 Seconds:

Flip the garment over so the patch is face down on the ironing board. Press the back of the garment where the patch is taped for 20-25 seconds at MAX temperature with firm pressure.

Cool for 30 Seconds:

After pressing, flip the garment back to its front side and let it cool for at least 30 seconds. This cooling period allows the low-melt glue on the back of the patch to solidify, binding it to the garment. For faster cooling, use our Fast Cool Peel Air Blower. Once cool, remove the Thermal Tape.

For Thicker Fabrics (Hoodies, Jackets, etc.):

If the patch isn’t adhering to thick materials like hoodies or jackets, tape the patch to the garment and flip it inside out. Place the garment on the ironing board with the back of the patch facing up, cover with a protective guard sheet, and press for 40 seconds at MAX temperature with hard pressure.
